Ahh! Sweet Success
The stress releaving sweetness of a smooth production! I'm so glad today's practice went well (technically anyway). Things came together without any confusion, assembled smoothly, and sounded pretty decent right out of the bag. A little tweeking and a cable routing mix up later and we were sounding good... till someone called the cops on us.
In frear of a traffic ticket I asked everyones endulgence in a plan to make circles in a nearby church parking lot rather than get a ticket for driving with people in a trailer. That plan backfired when a resident near the chuch decided she didn't like Lynard Skynard and called the cops on us. Sheesh! Critics!

Workin the bugs out
Well my ingenious plan to use my DC to AC inverter didn't work as smoothly as I had planned. We ended up with some grounding problems and maxed out the poor thing a few times.
The good news is, I think we've got a good solution. My father has an 800 watt inverter (now that I bought him one) to match the 800 watt output of the amp. Plus, I can bind the 400 watt inverter to it create 1200 watts of 110 volt juice. We also have option of bringing a gas generator but with the noise, I would like to try other options first.
